Meditation - Cardio – Core Strengthening Yoga
Before you go home and settle in for the night, treat your body and spirit to a stress reducing, strength building yoga fitness class. Also known as Flow Yoga or Power Yoga, this once a week series builds on increasing flexibility and strength to link breathing techniques through the practice of Sun Salutations, while nurturing self-awareness. Each class begins and ends with a brief meditation. Previous experience with yoga is required.

Spirit Fitness Program - NEW Meditation – Cardio Aerobics – Core Strength Building – Yoga
This exciting program combines meditation, cardio aerobics, core strength building and yoga movement to integrate body, mind and spirit wholeness. Imagine the power of experiencing your fitness regime centered with present moment awareness, ease and flow. Offered twice a week for the twelve week program, and once a week for the 8 week program, classes build on increasing flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance, and inner strength to deepen awareness on all levels of being.
