Yoga uses physical postures and breathing techniques to energize and clear energy channels while toning the physical body and enhancing relaxation.   Practicing yoga allows you to become stronger, more flexible, relaxed and connected while encouraging self awareness through body, mind and spirit consciousness.  Veracis Yoga is offered in various levels of registered classes within an intimate, traditional, healing studio where you receive personalized attention and guidance from caring, certified instructors.
