YOGA CLASSES


Yoga classes begin with a short meditation, moving into yoga postures,
finishing with a peaceful meditation and complimentary cup of soothing herbal tea.   

 Veracis Wellness welcomes men and women at all levels of experience.

    Chakra Hatha Yoga
    This gentle yoga class integrates the seven primary chakras and their relationship to a balanced Hatha yoga practice.  You’ll learn to integrate yoga poses with your body’s natural energy centers to bring balance and harmony to your life.

    Hatha Yoga - daytime & evening
    You’ll stretch, relax and positively smile.   This gentle Hatha Yoga class is designed for all yoga levels and ages to build flexibility, stability and inner peace. A lavender eye pillow soothes your tired eyes and a soft blanket comforts your body as you recline in peaceful meditation pose.  Class finishes with complimentary herbal tea.

  • Candlelight Hatha
    An ambiance of candlelight and gentle hatha yoga is sure to ease the stress and tension of your week.

    Restorative Yoga
    Experience deep relaxation in this gentle, calming, and healing class.  Restorative Yoga uses supported Hatha Yoga poses and breath work to release tension and activate the body's natural healing system.  Approximately five to six "easy" poses (generally lying down) are experienced during each class allowing you to gently and comfortably relax and release tension.  Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated

    Intro to Restorative Yoga
    Try this eight week series and discover the relaxing and healing benefits of Restorative Yoga.

    Sampler Yoga
    Perfect if you're interested in learning more about different yoga practices.  You'll explore the gentle yoga poses of Hatha, Yin and Restorative.  Leave with a clearer understanding of yoga and yoga benefits.

    Registration & Policies

  • Pre-registration is required for all yoga classes. 

  • Yoga classes registration is per 8, 10, 12, or 14 week series, unless otherwise noted;
        no contract to sign, no
     registration fees.   

  • Due to limited space, registration is required for drop in yoga - $15.  

  • Pro-rated class rates offered when joining a series that is already running, and based on
       availability.

  • Missed classes are not refunded, transferred, or carried forward.
