Drop In Meditation* - weekly
Thursdays 5:45-6:15 pm
Whether you’re currently participating in classes, are between classes waiting for the next series to begin, or have completed our program, you are welcome to participate in this weekly, guided Spirit Awareness Meditation, offered by Jeff, Janice or Regina. We’ve allowed 15 minutes before (5:30 arrival) and after the meditation (6:30 completion) to say ‘hello’ to one another, or for you to sip a cup of complimentary herbal tea and enjoy a ginger snap cookie. Please arrive on time for the guided meditation - if you're late, please slip in quietly and join the group.

 Healing Space* - monthly
Stay Connected & Supported! Join us monthly, to receive a 45 minute guided meditation (6:15-7pm) with Regina, and exchange Healings.
Stay for the entire Healing Space or Drop in as desired. If you arrive while the meditation is being delivered, slip in quietly and take a seat or enjoy a cup of tea in the tea room. Pre-registering with a phone call or email is appreciated to help us set up the physical space.
