Meditation workshops are designed equally for beginners and those with experience. We understand you may feel uncertain about what to expect and hope we can reassure you our friendly, casual environment is safe, and supportive. There is no wrong way to meditate and we let you know what to expect before we begin.
The number of people attending varies, and we meet in the yoga studio off the parking lot. Payment is processed before the workshop begins at the reception desk upstairs. If you arrive late, just slip in quietly and we'll take care of details afterwards. It's all about ease and flow. Now, Let's Meditate.
