WHITE TEA
100 Monkeys White Tea ,   

Handmade White Leaf, China.  Excellent new season flavour.  White tea is acknowledged to be very high in polyphenols. 
Do not remove the leaves from your cup.  This Tea may be steeped up to 3 times!

How to Prepare Tea

 

HOT TEA: Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil.  Place 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup into teapot.  Add boiling water, cover and let steep 2-4 minutes.  Add milk and sugar to taste.


ICED TEA:  1 litre - all our teas are lovely served cold!  Place 6 teaspoons of tea into a teapot or heat resistant pitcher. Pour 1 ΒΌ cups of freshly boiled water on the tea.  Steep 5 minutes.  Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water.  Pour tea into serving pitcher straining the leaves.  Add ice and top-up with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
