Appointments & Registration
“At Veracis Wellness, we are dedicated to providing programs and services where you can rely on consistent quality and personalized service reflecting our values and the highest level of standards. Our Practitioners and Instructors are considered equally qualified, bringing with them unique qualities. The class or spa service you enjoy will be continuously available. While a bond with an instructor or practitioner is often created, and every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred request, we ask that you remain open minded to receive the skills and gifts others have to share."
Classes & Workshops - Registration & Etiquette

Pre-registration & payment is required for all meditation, fitness, yoga classes and workshops.

Your credit card (Visa or MasterCard) reserves your space at time of registration.

Missed classes are not refunded, transferred, or carried forward.

Meditation class registration for level I-IV is per 4 or 7 week series.

Yoga & Spirit Fitness class registration is per 8, 10, 12, or 14 week series; no contracts, no registration fees.

Arrival
On the first day of your class, please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to complete a confidential waiver (meditation & yoga) and health questionnaire (yoga). For subsequent classes, please arrive five to ten minutes before your class begins. In consideration of other students, late arrivals will not be admitted to class.
Cancellation
· We have a 'no refund' policy.
· Missed classes are not refunded, credited, carried forward or exchanged for spa sessions.
· In the event that you cannot attend a class series, and with 72 hours notice, your fee will be applied to the next series of classes in the same category you wish to attend within a one year period from the original class. An administration fee of $20 will be applied.
· Should a class not meet the minimum required participants then you will be contacted by phone or email, and no charge will be applied to your credit card.
· Programs, services, instructors, and prices are subject to change without notice, and do not include HST.
Winter Weather Policy
· Every effort will be made to deliver classes, but occasionally classes are cancelled due to weather conditions.
· It is the responsibility of the student to check in and confirm his/her class.
· When a class has been cancelled due to winter weather, we do our best to reschedule that class in a timely manner.
· Missed classes, where the instructor is present, and the student absent, are not refunded, credited, or carried forward.
· We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Retreats

Your credit card information reserves your session.
Arrival
Please arrive five to ten minutes before your appointment. Enjoy an Herbal or Organic Tea while you fill out a confidential consultation form prior to your Spa Session. As your appointment time is reserved just for you, arriving late may shorten your service. Each Spa Session will finish at the time reserved as a courtesy to the next client. Arriving too late to provide the service may result in full charges or equivalent deductions from gift certificates.
Cancellation
Should you require a cancellation or re-booking, please provide us with 24 hours notice by calling 604.461.5511. A full fee will be applied for missed appointments. Spa practitioners, services, and prices are subject to change without notice, and do not include taxes.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in Spa Sessions or on Gift Certificates, but are appreciated and may be added at your discretion on the credit card of your choice or by cash at our front reception.
